The service
Localmail is a corporate communication platform for sending, receiving, and managing email, offered by Databanx Tecnologia e Inovação LTDA and accessible via web, desktop, and mobile devices.
Account and responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account. The contracting organization manages the mailboxes associated with its domain.
Acceptable use
Using the platform to send spam, distribute malicious or illegal content, or engage in any activity that compromises the security and stability of the service is prohibited.
Email sending limits
Localmail is intended for individual and small-group corporate communication — it is not a bulk-sending tool. Sending is subject to technical limits per account and per domain (messages per hour and per day, and the number of recipients per message), according to the subscribed plan.
Sends that exceed these limits may be held, queued, or automatically blocked. Use for email marketing campaigns, third-party purchased lists, or unsolicited messages in volume may result in suspension of the account, in order to protect your domain's sending reputation and the stability of the platform.
Availability and support
We aim for 99.9% uptime, with continuous monitoring and support during business hours. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance.
Intellectual property
The Localmail brand, the software, and the platform materials belong to Databanx. The content of your messages remains your property.
